REFUND POLICY

At RIDEQUEST Tours LLC, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all our customers. If you need to request a refund, please review our Refund Policy below to understand your options and any applicable conditions.

1. Booking and Deposit
Initial Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations by the Customer

More than 60 Days Before Departure: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
30 to 60 Days Before Departure: You will be refunded 50% of the total tour price.
Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.
2.2 Cancellations by RIDEQUEST Tours LLC

Tour Cancellation: If RIDEQUEST Tours LLC cancels a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Partial Cancellation or Changes: If we need to make significant changes to your tour (such as altering the schedule or route), you will be offered an alternative tour or a refund for the affected portion of the tour.
2.3 Refund Processing

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Administrative Fees: In certain cases, a processing fee may apply to refunds. This will be communicated to you at the time of your request.
3. Changes to Your Booking
Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes to your booking must be made in writing. Changes made more than 30 days before departure may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees. Changes made less than 30 days before departure are subject to the cancellation policy.
Changes by RIDEQUEST Tours LLC: We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries or schedules. Significant changes will be communicated to you, and you may choose to accept the changes or cancel for a full refund.
4. No-Shows
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour and have not notified us in advance, no refund will be issued.
5. Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future tour.
